spring break closure, spring merch & more

Hello,

I am writing to tell everyone that we wil be closed from Sunday 4/12- Sunday 4/19 our last service this week will be Saturday night 4/11 and we will re open on Wednesday 4/22. We are all very excited to have a break and look forward to coming back and having an amazing summer. Our next scheduled closure will be Labor Day.

We just celebrated our two year anniversary As a restaurant we have different priorities and opinions about what makes a restaurant work and thrive in 2026 so we really appreciate all of you and your continuous support.

I also want to mention if you come to our restaurant often it can be helpful to load a gift card and use it as a tab. Some people do this and I think it is a cool idea and a good way to avoid credit card fees etc.

On our Merch shelf we have been selling Pipe & tabor coffee from our good friend and coffee roaster Stephen Rogers out of Brooklyn. So you can easily get his amazing coffee and avoid direct shipping.

Also we have been selling bottles of Persephone’s Table Greek Olive oil. This is Dimitri & Kostas family olive oil that they harvest every year in Megara Greece. It has been my favorite olive oil since Dimitri brought it to me to try probably ten years ago. It is amazing! Very smooth and buttery and useful for any application you need olive oil for.

Thank you Sean designed an awesome cuisinart shirt which is going very fast. I watched the Martha Stewart documentary and she pronounced it cuisine- art which blew my mind.
