Ken Wiss, Ken's Asian Taste Pop Up 2/26- 2/27

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to let everyone know that our friend Ken Wiss will be coming to host two dinners next Wednesday and Thursday 2/26-2/27 from 5-9. We are super excited to have him back!

Ken came in June and it felt like our real Grand Opening. Lots of people came out and the food was amazing! Now is your chance to eat Ken’s food again or come to try it for the first time.

Ken and I “Steve” worked together at Marlow and Sons and Diner in Brooklyn before I moved to Great Barrington. It is tons of fun to have him up here to cook and inspire us. Ken is one of my favorite Chefs and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Dimitri and I always say how we need to make a dish more like Ken would do it. Generally meaning Ken never adds anything to a dish it does not need and uses technique to maximize what he has. Come taste his food and see for yourself next week!
